EZ-SoftQuiesce can be used to safely take Hot Backups without the requirement to vary the database into retrieval mode, update jobs may continue to run without any disruption of service. EZ-IMAGE
Operate as if you have multiple copies of an IDMS database, while in reality there is only one copy of the underlying database. Test ADS/O dialogs, IDMS-DC programs and Batch programs against Production data, without incurring the overhead of duplicating the entire Production database. Have a private Test database for each user or group of users. Test re-structures to the Production database and estimate all of the required resources ahead of time. This product will significantly reduce DASD in Y2K Test environments. In conjunction with EZ-Test 2000, it eliminates the need to generate data specific test databases.

EZ-BRIDGE
This Year 2000 product functions just as it's name suggests. It acts as a bridge between old/new data formats on the database and the old/new data requirements of programs. It allows non-compliant programs to access a Year 2000 compliant database, and conversely, Year 2000 compliant programs can access non-compliant databases. EZ-Bridge provides the most sophisticated Windowing facilities available - all non compliant dates can be maintained in their correct sort sequence and be retrieved by applications either as is, or with century indicators added.

EZ-BUFFER PLUS
What is your optimum buffer pool configuration? Are you wasting storage? Are you performing unnecessary I/O's? Is your Online "day" buffer pool configuration the same as your Batch "night" configuration and, if not, would you like the ability to dynamically change them?

With EZ-BUFFER Plus, multiple "What If?" simulations will determine exactly how many buffer pools you should have, how to map areas to buffer pools, and how large your buffer pools should be. Up to three concurrent simulation scenarios are possible. Simulations may occur either Online, for immediate analysis, or Offline, utilizing "snapshots" of critical periods for extensive analysis.
