The Helios & Matheson Development Center solution combines technical expertise with business flexibility. Our expert practice is based on the following "SMART" elements:
Our Development Center Model provides both significant cost savings as compared to in-house execution, and access to the world's top technology experts and project managers.
Helios & Matheson applies the same methodologies to your Custom Application Development regardless if it occurs onsite, offsite, offshore, or using a "hybrid" model. Helios & Matheson provides system functionality tailored specifically to your business requirements. Our standard software development methodology, the System Delivery Framework (SDF), is a delivery-oriented methodology for creating, delivering and implementing high-quality, cost-efficient enterprise systems.
The System Delivery Framework is composed of three integrated phases (Define, Design, and Deliver). These phases consist of two sub-phases (Gather/Analyze, Model/Cost, Build/Run). Each phase of the framework acts as a quality control point, allowing organizations to employ the planning, design, and manufacturing control processes utilized by product development entities. These framework phases provide the appropriate tools, measurements, and milestones necessary to define, analyze, improve and control software product related defects.
At the core of the System Delivery Framework is our Accelerated Design Approach (ADA). The ADA is a proprietary design procedure for modeling and costing enterprise capable distributed systems. Consisting of a simple five-phase process the ADA describes systems through a collection of well-defined models and components (Define the System, Define the Architecture, Make the Connection, Define the Technology, Deliver the Solution).
