Effective January 30, 2007 The A Consulting Team, Inc. (TACT) has changed its name to Helios & Matheson North America Inc. ("Helios & Matheson").

 

The new name reflects the Company's desire to develop long term, mutually beneficial opportunities both here in the United States and globally through its association with its largest shareholder, Helios & Matheson Information Technology Ltd., an information technology services organization with its corporate headquarters in Chennai, India.

 

For over 24 years, you've known TACT as a premier provider of Staffing, Projects, and Outsourcing services. Now, as Helios & Matheson, we have solidified our position as a world class choice for Outsourcing services, in addition to Projects and Staffing. With over 1500 employees and consultants across the globe, we combine business understanding and technology expertise with worldwide delivery.

 

Over the coming months we will be communicating relevant news and useful information. Until then, here are the basics you need to know now:

• There are no personnel changes related to name change.

 

• There will be no changes to your existing relationship with TACT.

 

• All contact information (addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers) remain the same. Our email addresses will change in the coming months, which will be communicated at that time.

 

• We are changing our Website URL from "www.tact.com" to "www.hmna.com" The new hmna.com URL has been activated, and until further notice, our TACT URL will remain active.

 

• The Company will continue to be publicly traded on the NASDAQ Capital Market. However, our trading symbol is changed from "TACX" to "HMNA"
